The Gafana AI platform itself, its logo, design, and technology are the intellectual property of Gafana AI.

• Purchased credits are non-refundable but remain in your account indefinitely.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Gafana AI does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
